Information for Attendees

  Please prepare your presentation slides in Microsoft PowerPoint format and bring the file with       you when you attend the conference. Your presentation should be 15-minute long which will be       followed by 5-minute question-and-answer.

  Please arrive ten minutes before the session starts and copy your file on the computer.

  The distance from the airport to the hotel is about 20km. You can take a taxi at the airport, and       show the following picture which is the hotel address in Chinese to the taxi driver. The taxi fare is       around RMB 60 Yuan.

Note: There may be some people approaching you and asking if you need a taxi. Please ignore those people. There will be a taxi queue outside the airport (at door No. 6), which you can easily find. Take a taxi in this taxi queue.
