Hello students!! Here's your study guide. The test will be on Oncourse from 6 am. July 13 - 6 pm July 14, 2001. You must take the test within that timeframe or you will not receive a grade. I wrote the below questions with plenty of room for your answers should you print this out. Remember to please print this out at home and not in lab. What does "web-ready" mean? Name some web graphics types that are "web-ready"?











What are the following Unix commands and what do they do: cd; chmod; mv; pwd?











What are permissions, why do we use them, why are they so important, and what is the permission setting on your CS account and why?
