SMIL Project #1

Create a simple SMIL presentation.
Your mission is to generate a simple slide show. Your presentation should have the following characteristics:

Run for roughly one minute
Show a series of at least 5 images
Display a caption for each image appropriate to the image
Use RealText to format the output of the captions
Demonstrate the ability to vary RealText formatting
Demonstrate mastery of layout, color selection, and region creation
Use at least two regions. More are acceptable if they fit within your project's scope
Your code should be well written and follow common style guidelines
Please conform to all guidelines of copyright ethics and consideration of the feelings of others.
If you wish, you may add audio or video, but that is not necessary yet.

Include a text file that describes what your program is supposed to do. You should indicate which pictures should appear at what times, and should also describe the general layout of your presentation (what regions, where images will occur) You should also have a script of the text available with timing notations.
