Scenario: You work for a small firm creating, publishing and developing web pages. Your boss relays to you that the firm has agreed to produce an educational web page. You are told the following information:

The customer of the web page is a Latin American schoolteacher. He has received national grant monies to develop online curriculum, and wants you to create a web page featuring an ancient Latin American civilization. Unfortunately, the teacher has gone on a trek in the Rain Forest, and can’t be reached. Interestingly enough, your boss appears to have gone along. When the teacher returns in several days, both the teacher and your boss expect you to have published a first pass page. Your boss did indicate that the preliminary web page funding doesn’t support more than 4 billable hours. Because this is your first assignment as a new employee, you decide not to talk to any one else in your firm.
