What is the MSFS?
It is a multidisciplinary graduate program in the forensic sciences.
It currently has concentrations in forensic chemistry and biology.
It consists of 35 semester hours of class work and research.
What are the admissions requirements?
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, forensic science or a
related area At least a 3.0 overall GPA Scores at least at the 50%
level or above in the GRE general exam.
What is included in the application?
The completed "Apply Yourself" application Official transcripts from all colleges attended
A personal statement of intent Three letters of recommendation.

Is financial assistance available?
Some financial assistance is available in the form of scholarships
and teaching and research fellowships. These are determined after
acceptance into the program.
