Research Structure

The center’s primary research mission is to transform core Computer 
Science technologies into specialized Bio-Computing techniques and tools 
for collaborative life science research (as shown in the figure below). 

It includes two main components:

Bio-Computing Tool kits: Developing a collection of specialized 
techniques and tools for the computing needs in biomedical applications 
by transforming core Computer Science technologies through innovation 
and customization.

Collaborative Projects: Applying Bio-Computing techniques and tools 
in life science research projects through active collaboration and 
engagement.
