The workshop will be a one-day event. IUPUI will provide information about local arrangements including suggestions for reasonably-priced hotels if you
would like to stay for a night before and/or after the meeting. This workshop
follows the four successful MSWs held at De Paul
University,
The program will include research presentations and a poster session. Attendees may present research-in-progress or work published recently. If you are interested in presenting, please send a title and a one-page abstract to the program chair Venkat Venkatakrishnan (Email: venkat AT cs DOT uic DOT edu) with subject "MSW Submission" by April 16, 2008. Selections will be made by the organizing committee and notifications will be sent by April 20.
NOTE: the abstracts will NOT be peer-reviewed (instead, they will be reviewed and selected directly by organizing committee) and there will be no proceedings of the workshop, so you should not be precluded from submitting this work to peer-reviewed venues for subsequent publication. We encourage work in progress or work published recently.
