To be held on Saturday, March 20th, IUPUI will play host to a full day of exciting computer science events. The fourth annual high school programming contest will be held, welcoming nearly fifty exceptional students for a day of camaraderie and complex problem solving. High school teachers will also be able to hone their computer science teaching skills with an all-day series of workshops and seminars on new and innovative teaching strategies and tools to enhance learning and interest in computer science topics. In addition, parents and community members will enjoy a series of lectures and roundtable discussions of current research and teaching activities in the Computer Science Department, as well as the future of information technology in Central Indiana.
